I was looking forward to starting day 6 with the new pyramid and i had planned all my meals for the wave which i was going to prepare before work. The day got off to a good start i did the pyramid before breakfast, its a tough one i managed to get up over the pyramid and down to level four on the other side, it will be a nice new challenge to get this one complete!!
As i was having breakfast i had a phone call from work requesting me to leave immediately as there was an emergency i needed to attend (i work in the medical profession, so when i am needed i have got to go). This threw all my plans of preparing food for the wave, i knew i would be on the road for most of the day and did not want to give in to temptation due to hunger. So i had a larger breakfast than normal of scrambled egg and salad with some pork sausage. I also chopped up some raw carrots and brought 100% peanut butter with me for a snack and some organic peanuts and cashew nuts, and chili sesame & pumpkin seeds. I also packed some fruit just in case i would rather stick with the fruit if i needed instead of stopping at a shop for some non compliant ED food. I had no time to prepare meals with meat of veg.
I did not return home until 2200 and did not give in to eating the fruit either which i was pleased with. I am a bit disappointed to have read somewhere that carrots are not allowed on the wave though, is this true anyone? I really over did it on the nuts though!
I did my meltdown when i got home and planned to take a short break before doing ICP however after meltdown i felt sick and actually vomited twice. So had to leave the ICP and cardio.
Over all a disappointing day for me i was doing so well with my exercises and diet. But on a brighter note i have the next week off work so hopefully i can get back on track now with a healthier diet today day 7 - going to give the nuts a miss today think i have turned myself off for life lol
