Day 10 - results

Day 10 and i feel good!!! Had a bit of a lie in this morning which was nice. Just checked my weight and measurements and they are as follows:

Day 1:
Weight: 141.2lbs
chest: 35"
Waist: 33"
Lower abs:34"
Hips:40"
Thighs: L&R up4"=19" up8"=22.5"
Arms:11"

Day4:
Weight:141.6lbs +.4lbs
Chest: 35" no change
waist:32" -1"
Lower abs: 34.5" +.5"
Hips:40"
Thighs: no change

Day 8:
Weight: 142.2 + 1lb
Chest:no change
Waist:31.5" -1.5"
Hips: no change
Thighs: no change
Arms: 11.5" +,5"

Day 10:
Weight: 140.4lbs - almost 1lb
chest: 34" -1"
Waist:30.5" - 2.5"
Lower abs: 34" (no change from day 1)
Hips: 39.5" -.5"
Thighs: No change
Arms: 11.25"

Overall today i am very pleased with my progress. I am not as bothered with the scales as i was before i am pleased my measurements have started to change. It helps to motivate me to go do the pyramid now before breakfast. I must admit i am finding four workouts a day tough but managing to get them in.
