I went to bed at the end of day 1 feeling really pleased with myself for getting over the the first day of the new year exactly as i planned on the meltdown program and i even had the flu!!! I actually felt that the exercises while tough when doing them i seemed to recover very quickly afterwards so i thought maybe this is too easy for me?? boy was i mistaken i woke at 0500 with aching muscles everywhere lol
But i loved that feeling its like wow this stuff is really working on the area i want to melt that fat away from. It was tough doing the exercises on day 2 more motivating myself to them really, just lazziness i have to admit but i did them.
Diet have been easy enough although i did get a bad sugar craving after my dinner. I managed to distract myself by doing the power circuit and it worked afterwards the craving was gone.
I made a big jug of water with cucumber slice which is delicious and so much easier to drink all day then plain water.
Beginning to feel more toned already which is great not sure if i have lost any weight yet though i'm going to wait until day 3 to weigh myself i dont want to become obsessed with weighing at the moment.
